Maintenance Specialist - Floors
Description
Maintenance Specialist provides and maintains a clean, sanitary facility for our children and their families.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintains, strips, waxes, and buffs all hardwood, laminate and epoxy flooring
2. Prepares cleaning solutions and compounds used in work
3. Operate power driving machines used in cleaning floors
4. Sweeps and mops all common area hallways and activity rooms
5. Sweeps, mops, and sanitize kitchen and dining room floors on a daily basis
6. Maintain cleanliness of corners, baseboards, kick-plates and door mats
7. Responsible for trash pickup around the grounds
8. Responsible for ensuring that all patios and sidewalks are clean and free of debris (This includes pressure washing on a regular basis)
9. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
